This research explores that how extrinsic reward affects on the intrinsic motivation as well as creative performance and investigating the moderator role of leader effectiveness, locus of control and self efficacy in the banking sector of Pakistan. Result show that there is significant and positive correlation between extrinsic reward and intrinsic motivation as well as leader effectiveness and locus of control strong their relation. Similarly there is significant and positive correlation between extrinsic reward and creative performance as well as leader self efficacy has strong their relation.
