Autorenporträt
Jack Walker grew up in the Bronx. He graduated from Notre Dame with a degree in mathematics and began work on his master's in literature at the University of North Carolina before being drafted. Walker was a Marine officer for three and a half years, serving one year in Vietnam. Later, he graduated from Harvard Law School and joined the LA law firm of Latham & Watkins in 1971. A tax lawyer for many years and firm managing partner for several, Walker retired in 2003. Jack has written two novels. The first, about politics and courts, is called The Extraordinary Rendition of Vincent Dellamaria. The second, about doctors and hospitals, is called Doctor Blood Moon. He currently resides in Los Angeles.
