Recidivism almost always occurs in people who don't have the skills to obtain (or retain) career-employment they are passionate about. In 2011, taking the lessons learned in California prisons, we started with a simple proposition: Help them learn marketable skills! Knowing that "amateurs teach amateurs to be amateurs", we looked for the best coaches, mentors, consultants, and advisors. We were blessed when, perhaps the ideal key people to help tackle the problem appeared (see inside)
