Pisacane started his career at Genoa C.F.C.. In 2008 he was signed by Chievo but joined Lumezzane in co-ownership deal, joining Tommaso Chiecchi and Amedeo Calliari. In 2009 10 season he left for Serie B team Ancona. In 2010 11 season he remained at Lumezzane along with Francesco Checcucci. In June 2011 Lumezzane got the remain 50% registration rights from Chievo, and Chievo bought back Checcucci. In August 2011 he terminated his contract with Lumezzane .
