Statistical analysis on the importance, effect and nutritional advantages of edible roselle Hibiscus sabdariffa abound, but only limited to Mean, Percentage Analysis, ANOVA (t-test), Turkey test and Duncan test. In this study, attempts were made to analyze using Two Factor Factorial, Split-Split-Plot, Turkey test and Least Significance Difference with the aid of SPSS package. This study examines effect of various concentrations of Salt Media on organoleptic variation of Hibiscus sabdariffa medium (Zobo). At 5% significant level, result of the Two Factor Factorial analysis shows that there is significant difference among attributes and products, no interaction effect between attributes and products. Also, results of split-split-plot shows that there is significant difference among respondents and salt media; no significant difference among the three concentrations of salt media, there is interaction effect between salt media and concentrations of salt media while there is significant difference among attributes, there is also interaction effect among salt media, concentrations of salt media and attributes. Therefore, positive effects of 2g of Glucose is more than other concentrations
