Gebayaw Adugna is lecturer in Faculty of Business and Economics, DebreBirhan University, Ethiopia. He obtained his MA (Master of Art in human resource management) from Addis Ababa University School of commerce, Ethiopia in 2014. He earned his BA degree in Business Management from faculty of Business and Economics, Adama Tecnology University.
