The author, Mr. Teklemariam Abadi was in Ganta Afeshum Woreda of Eastern Tigray National Regional State, Ethiopia in October 25, 1983. He is an MSc holder in Agricultural Extension and serving at Tigray Agricultural Research Institute, Shire-Maitsebri Agricultural Research Center, as Associate Researcher in Agricultural Extension.
