This product shows the relative differences in its components according to the plant source and environmental conditions prevailing in the region and practices of beekeepers. In view of the nutritional and medical importance of BEE honey, most countries of the world, including Egypt, have standard specifications in order to preserve its properties in the safe and proper limits of consumption.
