Explanatory research was used for the study, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis. Primary data was gathered from MSE owners and managers via a questionnaire and semi-structured interview. Both the interview question and the survey were qualitatively evaluated using SPSS version 27. A Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were also used by the researcher.
