The general objective of this study was to examine factors affecting profitability and sustainability of enterprises in government universities; the case of Adama Science and Technology. The specific objectives were: to identify factors that affecting enterprise performance in Adama Science and Technology University, to assess the profitability and sustainability of enterprise in Adama Science and Technology University and to analyze the relationship between the existing factors and the current status of enterprise in Adama Science and Technology University. The current study is important since it will give good insight to all enterprises.
