This study investigates the attitudes of primary school teachers towards ICT in education. Findings of this study indicated that three factors contributed significantly in explaining attitudes of teachers towards use of ICT in teaching and learning. These factors included computer competence, administrative support, and ICT policy. It was recommended that educational leaders who are responsible for initiating and implementing changes in educational organizations should transmit a vision for comprehensive integration of technology and create ICT strategic plan. Moreover, they should provide professional development opportunities for teachers to understand the potential benefits of using technology in education, enhance their level of computer competence, and use technology effectively in teaching and learning.
