The general objective is to find out the perspective of managers and teachers on the conditions for school achievement in conditions of vulnerability. The research is qualitative, descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional. The population and sample is a heterogeneous group with likert scale surveys of managers and teachers. The totality of the subjects of study design and adapt the planning to meet the educational needs of all students. 87.5% stated that students do not have the habit of reading, which is crucial when answering the SISAT. 71.4% said that parents have low expectations of their children. It interferes with the trust and support given to them. It is the responsibility of teachers and principals to motivate and involve parents in educational activities.
