Autorenporträt
Sivananthan obtained his first degree in Science followed by two master degrees in the fields of Project Management and Development Studies. He held several managerial positions in Planning and Project Management areas in Sri Lanka where he coordinated many development projects in the TVET sector with the support of development partners.
