Briefly, the researcher came to the conclusion that there is a dialectical relationship between time management and the institutional performance, as the time management level increased, the organizational performance increased and promoted too and visa versa, this relationship is a direct correlation between time management and institutional performance, as well as the proper investment in time and the utilization of it, optimize the productivity of employees, leads to a good and systematic investment of the available resources in the organization which improves the overall of its performance and help to achieve its objectives and ensure its sustainability.
