In order to cope with demographic change and mitigate its impact on the operation of health care institutions in the years to come, the creation of mobile teams is part of the current organization of health care supply channels. All the indicators show that the performance achieved by these mobile teams remains below the expectations of the health system and the population. Moreover, this problem was observed through personal irritation observed during the first year of the 2nd cycle. The research approach adopted is based on a Level I quantitative descriptive study. For data collection, we used 30 questionnaires intended for health personnel in addition to an interview guide with provincial officials.Thus, the main results can be presented as follows (a) Factors related to the package of activities and the quality of services offered (b) those related to means and resources (c) those related to organization (d) factors related to community participation (e) those related to the environment
