In developing countries and particularly in DRC, little data is available on biological risks. However, the situation seems more worrying than in developed countries. The under-equipment of health facilities with protective equipment, the insufficient training of personnel in accident prevention and the persistence of risky behaviour in the daily practice of health personnel are all factors that favour the occurrence of these exposures. The objective of this study is to contribute to the reduction of possible biological risks among the nursing staff of Baraka Hospital.
