I studied the factors that influence job satisfaction among health care assistants in Dublin. This cross-sectional study was conducted on Health care assistants working in Dublin. Cross-sectional Research methodology was applied using self-administrative questionnaire and responses were recorded from health care assistants working in Hospices, care homes, residential care facility in Dublin. Research philosophy is positivism and is quantitative in nature. Participants (Health Care Assistants) completed a self-structured questionnaire comprising of general information on demographics and 28 questions on General satisfaction, Opportunity to develop, Time pressure, patient care and Staff relations. The factors that influence job satisfaction among healthcare assistants working with in care facilities in Dublin showed strong association between the variables assessed as general satisfaction, the opportunity to develop, responsibility, patient care, time pressure and staff relations while no association is found between demographics variables and job satisfaction.
