Engaging the students in knowledge from the lessons rather than scores, grades or certificates. Furthermore, some recommendations for short and long-term deterrents were also included.

Thanongdeth Nalisak, nascido em Vientiane (a capital da República Democrática Popular do Laos). Mestrado em Ensino de Inglês como Língua Estrangeira em 2013. No final de 2013, concluí um curso básico de controlador de tráfego aéreo. O OJT no Centro de Controlo de Área de Vientiane proporcionou-me uma sólida formação para trabalhar para o Departamento de Aviação Civil do Laos.
