The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of social marketing media in customer deposits of Pasargad Bank in Tehran province. The present study is a descriptive and correlational method that in terms of purpose, is an application that has collected data through field research. The statistical population of the study included Pasargad Bank customers in the city of Ahvaz. Due to the fact that their number is unknown, the size of the statistical population was considered unlimited.Cochran's formula was used to determine the sample size for uncertain communities, which was estimated at 384 people. The main tool was data collection questionnaire, the validity of which was achieved by a panel of experts and its reliability by calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient for different parts of the questionnaire. The results showed that respondents have the most use of television media and social marketing media can have the greatest impact on commitment to social and human ethics. In examining the value of social marketing media stock shares, the role of increasing the retention rate of previous customers and increasing their satisfaction with Pasargad Bank has a role.
