Training the employees has always been considered a great tool for improving the efficiency of employees and it has shown its importance on the workplace environments as well in different societies. A huge investment is done on employee trainings and it is very important to measure the extent to which this investment benefits the organisation. Training transfer plays a vital role in enhancing the effectiveness of the organisations performance but if the training is not effective and is not getting applied on the workplace then the training provided is of no use. This study examines the relationship and impact of transfer climate, training awareness and the training involvement and participation on the perceived training transfer in the education sector of Karachi both public and private.
