Education is facing numerous and complex problems in this constantly evolving world. This book sought feedback from principals and teachers to discover the most important factors that can promote and improve learning in this new era. The study conducted was a mixed method, online survey involving 8 principals and 29 teachers from public high schools in Mauritius. The survey was designed to collect quantitative and qualitative data from the perspectives, views and experiences of principals and teachers. The book describes how teacher effectiveness, teacher leadership, personalized learning, motivation, instructional and transformational leadership can help promoting and improving learning. These factors along with the literature review implemented in the Mauritian education system can bring great results. The book also comes with suggestions for future research.
