The research has gone through about 157 universities and its Vice Chancellors to collect the data and find out the results. The research has illustrated interesting findings that the doctorate degree holder in Medicine and the person who have previous experience of Vice Chancellor has paid well than his or her compotators. However, this research's results have also found an inverse relationship is associated between the university ranking and the remuneration of Vice Chancellor. The overall findings of this research have constructed that the remuneration of Vice Chancellor is primarily depend on the personal traits for example education, experience and achievements rather than other institutional factors.
