The subject is about the Factors favoring conflicts in health facilities. The case of the SOSAME psychiatric center in Karhale, South Kivu, DRC. The objective is to contribute to the reduction of professional conflicts in order to improve care services at the SOSAME psychiatric center. This is a cross-sectional analytical study, which took place from January to June 2017. We used the exhaustive sampling method of 46 respondents based on a survey questionnaire to collect data, Excel and Epi info version 7.0 software. Thus, we found that knowledge of the reasons why staff enter into conflict during the performance of their duties, the non-acceptance of sanctions and the negative attitude of the manager in terms of conflict management significantly favors conflicts at the center in the health structures of South Kivu in the DRC. The involvement of all the actors in the health system at the intermediate and peripheral levels in the rational management of conflicts, each in his or herown area of responsibility, would be of capital importance.
