Paul Hamblett has been in the real estate business in New England for over 40 years in many capacities including Brokerage, Developer, Builder and Property manager. Paul was the divisional Vice President of sales and marketing for a multi-billion constructing company based in the UK. He was also the Owner/Broker of Coast-to-Coast Properties, an award-winning real estate company based in southern NH. Paul has personally negotiated thousands of real estate transactions, leases and employment contracts.Paul is an alumnus of Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation and also completed Harvard Law School Negotiation Master Class.Paul resides in the small island town of New Castle NH, where he continues to negotiate real estate deals, investments and commercial leases.
