Ann Ingalls is from Cleveland, Ohio, and has worked as a teacher, in factories manufacturing cars, selling shoes and greeting cards, and making doughnuts and ice cream before taking up writing. You can find out more about Ann at anningallswrites.com. Migy Blanco was born in Salford, England. He went to university in London, and then spent ten years working in advertising and editorial illustration.
