Ann Gallagher is Professor of Ethics and Care at the University of Surrey, a Fulbright Scholar, Editor of the Journal of Nursing Ethics, and CEO of the International Care Ethics Observatory. Bishop Christopher Herbert is Visiting Professor of Christian Ethics at the University of Surrey, formerly Bishop of St Albans (1995-2009) and a member of the House of Lords. (1999-2009).
