Curtis Nester is a semi-retired pastor and lives on the shores of Smith Mountain Lake in Moneta, Virginia, where he and his wife, Louise, enjoy kayaking on the lake and bicycle riding on Virginia trails. He has pastored churches in Virginia, West Virginia and North Carolina. He has participated in mission trips to several countries in South America and, accompanied by his wife, participated in building chapels in Romania.
