Faith Nicole Bertrand's life was suddenly turned upside down! Faith never dreamed her effort to help a pregnant teenage girl she and her aunt found abandoned in an old broken-down shack in the Mojave Desert in Lancaster, California would turn out to be such a fiasco. Unable to locate the girl's parents, Faith took it upon herself to help the girl who called herself Peggy. Six months later, they were all set to move into their new home in Cleveland, Tennessee; however, the day before the movers came, Peggy disappeared, leaving her three-month-old baby behind.
