Dr. Regina Banks-Hall is the founder and CEO of RBH Professional Development Institute, LLC an organization focused on helping individuals and organizations through professional development, leadership training, and coaching. RBH Professional Development Institute conducts workshops, mastermind classes, seminars, keynote presentations, and lunch and learns, for corporations and individuals. RBH Professional Development also provides publishing services. RBH Professional Publishing, a division of RBH Professional Development Institute, helps firms and individuals promote their books and periodicals, through all major publishing channels. Dr. Regina Banks-Hall is a gifted motivational speaker, professor, mentor, and coach. She is very active in her local community, working in a handful of positions in her local church, while also mentoring both young men and women. She is a certified Holistic Life Coach, through the Professional Woman Network and is a certified Independent Teacher, Trainer, Coach, and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team. Dr. Banks-Hall has served as an Advisory Board Member for the Professional Women's Network, President and Area Director for a local Toastmasters Club. Dr. Banks-Hall received a Bachelor of Business Administration in business management and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baker College. Dr. Banks-Hall earned her Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University, with a concentration in Leadershiphapter, and Board Member for the Michigan Association for Female Entrepreneurs.
