DANIEL BATES is a licensed mental health counselor. He graduated from Western Seminary with two Master degrees in counseling and ministry/theology. He lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and two daughters. Daniel has co-authored a self-help book for parents called "When Parenting Backfires" and a book that explores the mental health themes in comic books called "Even A Superhero Needs Counseling."
