Benjamin (Benny) Thornton was born in Washington DC and grew up in the suburbs. He was the youngest of 8 siblings. Benny's life growing up was anything but typical. Benny was often told he should write a book about his life. This became a reality with his first book Family Business The Gift & The Curse. Benny's life has transitioned from the streets of DC to helping people through his Life Coaching and Personal Training.
