Dr. Sami Basly is Associate Professor in Management Sciences at the University of Paris West. Before joining the University, Dr. Basly worked at the University of Bordeaux and Sciences Paris. His research work deals with strategic management and finance, and in particular family businesses. He published numerous articles and notably the book 'Le processus d'internationalisation de l'entreprise familiale' (Editions L'Harmattan, 2009) about family firms' internationalization and governance.
