P. Anthony "Tony" McAnelly Bio Tony McAnelly has over 30 years of executive management experience in public, non-profit and commercial sectors advancing and leading teams and business development. Tony began his professional career in 1990 with the Evergreen Council of the Boy Scouts in Everett. WA. His relationship with the Boy Scouts was 17 years of continuing advancement and recognition. While working for the Boy Scouts of America he earned a reputation for developing and training top preforming professional and volunteer teams. For 15 consecutive years he was recognized as a national top performer in fund-raising and membership recruiting. In 2006 Mr. McAnelly was recruited as the Executive Director for the American Diabetes Association in Northern California. The market included an office in Sacramento in addition to two remote offices in Fresno and Redding. In 2013 Tony started as a civil servant with the State of California as manager for the California Secretary of State and subsequently as Branch Chief for Vital Records with the California Department of Public health. He was a leader in driving efficiency and automation integration for organizations doing business in California. Mr. McAnelly joined The California Community Action Partnership Association in 2018 as the Executive Director. He worked to build CalCAPA's advocacy capacity on behalf of low-income Californians and return California to the forefront in leading the fight against poverty. After retiring Tony and His wife Loris spent about a year towing their trailer all over the United States. Settling in Brookshire, TX in 2021 Mr. McAnelly holds degrees in Deaf Studies and Recreation Business. He has received national recognition for his fund-raising and management achievements and is both TQM and Six Sigma Green Belt trained. Tony is a proud bearer of the Eagle Scout award. Tony lives in Brookshire, TX with his wife Lori; they have eight children, four son/daughters-in-law and six grandchildren.
