Since its creation, the family doctor has revolutionized the conceptions and practice of medical care and introduced changes that encompass the entire system as the person most responsible for the health of the family, individuals and the environment around them. The present work is part of the training system required by family doctors to care for the different population groups in their areas, specifically adolescents. In order to provide family doctors with this preparation, a proposal for Methodological Workshops is presented, with topics related to the most frequent situations and manifestations of adolescents in their area of work, as well as their causes. The context of the research takes place in the Vila de Cumanayagua Popular Council. Its implementation is intended to provide them with theoretical elements, skills and methods that will enable them to improve the quality of their professional management and fulfill their social responsibilities. The validation of this work led to conclusions and recommendations that support the importance of training for family doctors and the need to socialize the proposal.
