Sanford N. Katz is the Darald and Juliet Libby Professor of Law Emeritus at Boston College Law School. He is a Life Time Member of Clare Hall, University of Cambridge and was a Visiting Fellow at both All Souls College and Pembroke College, University of Oxford. He is he former President of the International Society of Family Law and now is a member of its Executive Council. He was also the former Chairman of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association as well as Former Editor-in-Chief of Family Law Quarterly.
