Evaluating lifestyle is a complex task due to the multiple dimensions that compose it and what its direct measurement implies, which is why the Fantástico instrument was created, allowing adolescents to quickly and objectively identify their lifestyle, thus helping them to become aware of it and to more effectively orient strategies for improvement.The issues to be addressed focus on the lifestyle of adolescents in the most vulnerable communities, the awareness of these strategies in self-care, and the possibility of making adolescents aware of their level of healthy lifestyle. Therefore, the objective of this study was to categorize, through the instrument used, the healthy lifestyle of adolescents in the 2nd year of secondary education in an urban school in the municipality of Bulnes, Chile. The Fantástico questionnaire was applied in order to evaluate lifestyle based on 10 dimensions.
