Qmars Piraglu, Was born in Tehran. Studied the sant¿r with F. P¿yvar and the Piano with T. Djalili, H. Vanvarenbrg, and S.Tchaikovsky.Settled in Belgium in 1985, Sweden in 1989, got his bachelor in music from Gothenburg Uni. Moved to Australia in 2001, got his Masters from Melbourne University and Ph.D from Monash University.
