Das Thema Einkauf hat mich schon immer fasziniert, schon vor Jahrzehnten, als die Strategie und der Verkauf im Vordergrund standen. Es hat mich schon immer gereizt, mich diesem Thema zu widmen. Vor 25 Jahren habe ich deshalb auch Drozak Consulting gegründet. Das Unternehmen hat sich schnell zu einer weltweit führenden Unternehmensberatung im Bereich komplexer Einkaufsverhandlungen und auf der Spieltheorie basierenden Vergaben entwickelt. Wir galten als Nr. 1. Seit dem Verkauf an PwC Deutschland im Oktober 2021 bin ich dort als Partner tätig. In der neuen Umgebung fühle ich mich sehr wohl.
