Ramadan is a month of fasting among Muslims that change in eating and sleep pattern can cause changes in human health. This study was carried out to observe the effect of fasting in Ramadan on the anthropometry parameters and blood pressure level. The data revealed that Ramadan can improve health promotion and reduce anthropometry (weight loss, BMI, WC, HC) and blood pressure levels. It was obtained that reduction in BMI and HC in men are significantly greater than women. But in different level of education and marital status, no significant change was seen.
