There's over 30 recipes here and they all taste great, have even been kid tested, approved and eaten with relish. Or sometimes ketchup. Maybe the best part is the irreverent sense of humor that bubbles up in each recipe with a story of how each recipe came to be or some sage advice on fine livin'. Great taste, healthy eatin', lots of fun and no more heart attacks! What could beat that?
