Delia was originally come from the main island of the Philippines, And arrived in United Kingdom in 1977 and worked as a Domestic Help for four years. And in early 1990's she worked as a Care Assistant and worked her way up and became as an Assistant Unit Manager in a Care Sector for Adult Services in a Local Government based in Winchester, Hampshire and retired in 2012. And she continuously cared for people in a different area of responsibility as she was once run a Village Shop with her two sons in Micheldever, Winchester.
