Jim Healy is a 32-year FBI veteran who pursued spies and bank robbers before directing the famed Ten Most Wanted Fugitives Program at J. Edgar Hoover's FBI Headquarters. A Detroit native, Navy veteran, and Michigan State Journalism graduate, he writes with knowledge and humor about some of the colorful characters he encountered before retiring to his retreat on Virginia's Chesapeake Bay.
