The book also contains devotionals for seven days about seven women in the Bible, geared towards women. The book contains anecdotes and bible scriptures pertaining to it. The main theme of the book is that no matter what God always has a plan.

Autorenporträt
Janie Sosa Gil was born in Middletown, New York in 1956, of Puerto Rican/European/American descent. Jane and her husband Felix have been married for almost 46 years. They have 4 sons, Felix, Antonio, Erik and Victor and 15 grandchildren. Janie has worked for the last 19 years as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in a retail pharmacy and is currently semi-retired. She has a diploma in Christian Ministry and Theology from the Assemblies of God Bible Institute and has worked with Children's Ministry. She has a Teacher's Certification in Christian Education. Janie has been a Sunday School teacher for approximately 25 years, teaching children and adults alike. She currently teaches children between the ages of 9 to 11. Janie is part of a worship team with her eldest son Felix and granddaughter Yelitza, which she directed close to 10 years. She has experienced God's goodness and faithfulness throughout her lifetime and has seen Him move in many ways. She has written and directed Bible based skits and plays for children and adults. Jane is very family oriented. She enjoys spending time with her family, preparing special meals and get togethers. Janie is a cancer survivor, having been diagnosed with breast cancer In November 1995. She has been cancer free for 23 years. She has lived with her husband Felix in Vineland, New Jersey for the past 16 years. She considers herself fortunate to have her children close to her. In her spare time she enjoys working on genealogy. Psalms 27 is her favorite Psalm and her favorite bible verse is " As for me and my house we will serve The Lord" Joshua 24:15. Her favorite sayings are: "All that The Lord has done for me has been good" and "No matter what happens in life, remember, God always has a plan!"
