This project is aimed to study a feasibility for the establishment of diversified gluten free teff beer brewery in Ethiopia being targeted one alternative solution for those who suffer celiac disease. Gluten-free cereal products represent a growing market opportunity, within the global health and wellness market, for food manufacturers that develop consumer-led new products with high added-value levels, which ultimately gain consumer acceptance. To date Intensive research is being carried out around the globe ultimately, it does not cover the Celiac disease in brewery. Celiac disease is a lifelong inflammatory condition of the gastrointestinal tract caused by permanent intolerance to gluten proteins present in cereals such as wheat, barley and rye. Teff cereal lacking T-cell stimulatory peptides and one important solution to overcome celiac disease. Teff in general is known in its healthiest food of considerable nutritional profiles (provide dietary proteins, carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals such as iron, zinc, etc.,) with no gluten. This study considered certain assumption with five present increment of the average Local cost of current beer price.
