A T Grant is married, with two children, works as a senior teacher and lives outside Bath. He was inspired to write whilst completing a doctorate concerning young people's attitudes to sustainability. He has travelled widely and regularly helps to lead groups of secondary school students on month long expeditions to remote locations.
