Sharon Wheeler is a freelance journalist and visiting lecturer in journalism at several UK universities. She is co-editor of The Journalistic Imagination (with Richard Keeble, 2007), and has contributed to Print Journalism: A Critical Introduction (2005) and Questions of Identity in Detective Fiction (2007). She is a regular book reviewer for Times Higher Education, and is co-editor of Crime Review (www.crimereview.co.uk).
