The forecast of cattle brucellosis infection in Saratov and Orenburg regions of the Russian Federation and Aktobe and West Kazakhstan regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan up to 2030 has been carried out. An inactivated Brucella abortus vaccine from strain 82 with adjuvant biogenic hydroxyapatite protecting guinea pigs from brucellosis by 60% has been developed .After vaccination in cattleantibodies in agglutination reaction are produced with a titer of 1:100, complement binding reactions 1/5, 1/10 are retained for 3 months. Itis recommended to use the vaccine every 3 months after the first vaccination to maintain antibody titer at a high level until complete elimination of brucellosis. Adjuvant bio-GA in composition with inactivated brucellosis vaccine from Brucella abortus strain 82 does not have pronounced reactogenic properties, but is characterized by sufficient immunogenicity, which allows its use for the prevention of brucellosis in cattle .
