Tegbaru Yared earned his MA in federal studies from Addis Ababa University. Currently, he is a Lecturer at Addis Ababa University, Institute of Federal Studies. He is the author of On Federations and Contagious Elements of Instability from Without: Spillover Effects of Somalia s Political Instability on Ethiopia s Somali Region since 1991 .
