Erika Arban is Postdoctoral Fellow at Melbourne Law School, Laureate Program in Comparative Constitutional Law, and Lecturer in Comparative Federalism at the University of Antwerp. Giuseppe Martinico is Professor of Comparative Public Law at the Sant¿Anna School of Advanced Studies, Pisa.
