It also thus argues strongly that for genuine federalism and sustainable multi-party democracy to be nurtured and consolidated, Ethiopia needs to undergo a deliberate electoral system reform. Such reform process should aim at achieving inclusiveness and accountable government.
Autorenporträt
The author was born and brought up in Ethiopia. He has a degree in Law from Bahir-Dar University and Master in Federalism From Addis Ababa University. Since 2002, he is Lecturer at Bahir-Dar University, law school.
